Join us for an evening of preparation for a nourishing, intentional, and joyful start to the season of inner tending. We will begin with a guided meditation and sharing circle to clarify our own unique needs and boundaries as we shift from spring/summer to fall/winter. There will be sharing of tools & practices to properly support both the physical and energetic bodies. Ending with a grounding yin practice and reiki sound bath savasana.
Bring your comfy clothes, journal, and mug for hot tea.
