Intro to Acro-yoga with Jess & Richard Amend!
Jess and Richard Amend have been practicing Acro together since 2013. They have attended a myriad of trainings and workshops to hone their skills. By continuing to train with their own instructors several times per year, Jess and Richard are able to sharpen their Acro skills and keep their creativity alive. They are passionate about the sweet details that make acro fun and accessible most every person.
Acro-yoga is a form of partner-yoga that typically involves one partner supporting the other with his or her legs and hands from a supine position on the earth.
Expect a warm up, some strengthening postures, a game or two, and, of course, some very instagrammable postures to do with a partner.
