Join us for this 1.5 hour workshop where we go over all the essentials. We break down all the basic postures you're likely to encounter in any flowing-yoga class, with enough time to actually talk about them. We'll do them together, Bridget will talk about each of them *even more* than she usually does in class (hard to imagine, I'm sure), and you'll have tons of opportunity to ask questions and get direct feedback about your postures.
And then at the end we'll remind you that all that really matters is the state of your mind and you'll wonder why you even came in the first place :)
