Prenatal & Baby Yoga Series *
Our prenatal and postpartum offerings are designed to support you through big change—with steadiness, strength, and care.
These small-group classes and series go beyond a single hour on the mat. They’re built to help you move safely, breathe deeply, and build strength that supports your body through pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Whether you’re preparing for birth or finding your way back into movement postpartum, you’ll be guided with attention, experience, and respect for where you are.
This is a space for consistency, connection, and feeling supported over time — not rushed, not pushed, and never alone.
Prenatal Yoga
6 weeks | Sundays at 8:15 AM
Build strength. Find calm. Feel connected. Prepare for birth and parenthood—physically, mentally, and emotionally—alongside a supportive community of fellow parents-to-be. No judgment, no pressure, just space to drop in, listen to your body, and trust your own wisdom. Move, breathe, and grow in a nurturing environment that reminds you — you’ve got this.
Baby & Me
6 weeks | Tuesdays at 9:30 am
Move, bond, and breathe with your baby by your side in this series designed for postpartum parents and caregivers. Gentle, supportive movement helps you reconnect with your body while creating space for connection—with your baby and with other new parents. Newborns to pre-crawlers welcome, and feeding, diapering, or snuggling mid-class is always encouraged.
BirthFit® with Dr. Katie
1-4 weeks | Saturdays at 11:30 AM
A powerful container for building strength, reconnecting with your core, and moving with confidence through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Guided by Dr. Katie Schlein of Family Connection Chiropractic, you’ll explore BirthFit® Functional Progressions—a holistic approach to movement, breath, and body connection. Reduce aches, rebuild from the inside out, and cultivate resilience as you navigate your motherhood journey.
How it works
Each series runs between 4-6 weeks, with 60- to 75-minute sessions that focus on a specific area of growth or support.
Space permitting, you’re welcome to drop-in to any class throughout the series. We recommending becoming a member so you can enjoy all of our classes, including our special series’, completely included.
Start dates vary, and some series may be on pause—so be sure to check the current schedule for what’s coming up next.
We recommend practicing yoga at at least 2-3 times a week during pregnancy and postpartum (once you’re healed enough to move!) unless otherwise directed by a health care provider or your own intuition :). All of our classes are open to those who are pregnant and postpartum.
