Yoga Series’ & Retreats
While our regular yoga classes offer one-hour practices, Honey Yoga’s series and retreats are designed for more concentrated support. These focused experiences invite you to step out of survival mode and into deeper regulation, clarity, and connection—more quickly and with intention. Whether you’re looking for a deeper immersion into the practice, looking for support in pregnancy and postpartum, or seeking a deep-dive into a particular yoga topic, small-group series and retreats create a contained space for healing, insight, and meaningful shifts that happen when you slow down and go all in.
Beginners Yoga
6-weeks | Mondays at 6:15 pm
Perfect for newer yogis or anyone looking to reconnect with the basics. This 60-minute weekly class focuses on foundational postures, smooth transitions, and mindful breathing—all with Honey Yoga’s signature juicy flow and supportive community. Expect a steady, accessible pace that helps you feel strong, grounded, and ready to grow into our Honey Flow classes.
Prenatal Yoga
6-weeks | Sundays at 8:15 AM
Build strength. Find calm. Feel connected. Prepare for birth and parenthood—physically, mentally, and emotionally—alongside a supportive community of fellow parents-to-be. No judgment, no pressure, just space to drop in, listen to your body, and trust your own wisdom. Move, breathe, and grow in a nurturing environment that reminds you — you’ve got this.
Baby & Me
6-weeks | Tuesdays at 9:30 am
Move, bond, and breathe with your baby by your side in this series designed for postpartum parents and caregivers. Gentle, supportive movement helps you reconnect with your body while creating space for connection—with your baby and with other new parents. Newborns to pre-crawlers welcome, and feeding, diapering, or snuggling mid-class is always encouraged.
BirthFit® with Dr. Katie
4-weeks | Saturdays at 11:30 AM
A powerful container for building strength, reconnecting with your core, and moving with confidence through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Guided by Dr. Katie Schlein of Family Connection Chiropractic, you’ll explore BirthFit® Functional Progressions—a holistic approach to movement, breath, and body connection. Reduce aches, rebuild from the inside out, and cultivate resilience as you navigate your motherhood journey.
Authentic You Retreat
7-days | February 21–28, 2026
A weeklong retreat abroad on Quimixto Beach (Xinalani, Mexico) to reconnect, reset, and remember who you are without the noise. Enjoy beachside accommodations, 3 hearty meals and snacks galore per day, and yoga and other programming daily.
How it works
Each series runs between 4-6 weeks, with 60-minute sessions that focus on a specific area of growth or support.
