Honey Yoga specializes in movement and postures designed to relieve stress, tension, and chaos from the inside out.

Our flow classes are vinyasa-style which means we move breath-to-movement but we also proudly offer sculpt-style classes with weights and bands and our signature Honey Restore class, which is a blend of gentle movement, and restorative- and yin-style postures.

Honey Flow

Ready to feel stronger in your body and steadier in your life? Honey Flow is a dynamic vinyasa class that helps you build strength, flexibility, and focus—all while working up a sweet, satisfying sweat. You'll flow through breath-connected movement, pause in powerful poses, and finish with a well-earned, deeply relaxing śavāsana (shuh-VAAS-uh-nuh). Come three times a week and you won’t just notice the difference in your body—you’ll feel it in your mood, your mindset, and the way you move through the world.

All experience-levels are welcome, though it may take a couple classes to get into the swing of things. No prob at all—we encourage lots of breaks, resting postures, and always, above all, listening to your own body.

Honey Restore

Exhale. This one’s about slowing down, softening the edges, and giving your nervous system a break. Honey Restore blends gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and long-held restful postures to help you reconnect to your body’s natural rhythms. You’ll leave class feeling more grounded, clear, and calm—like your whole system has been gently reset.

Expect to stay low to the ground (seated or lying down), with lots of props, lots of options, and zero pressure. Perfect for new students or anyone craving stillness and care.

Honey Sculpt

Build strength that sticks. This beat-driven sculpt class blends yoga’s mindful movement with low-impact, high-rep strength training to tone, energize, and empower. Expect rhythmic sequencing, light weights, and a high-energy flow that leaves you feeling strong, steady, and totally alive in your body.

Honey Hi-Lo

Get the best of both worlds: a high-energy, heat-building flow followed by a slow, stretchy wind-down. This class is designed to energize your body, clear your mind, and then guide you into deep rest. We turn things way up with breath-fueled movement and strong postures, then bring it way down with long-held stretches and grounding stillness.

Perfect for those who want to build strength and mobility while also learning how to relax deeply. Expect to sweat, sigh, and settle—nervous system bliss incoming.

Honey Foundations

A weekly class perfect class for newer yogis or anyone looking to refine their practice with a consistent, accessible flow.

This 60-minute class focuses on foundational postures, smooth transitions, and mindful breathing, all accompanied by the juicy vibes and the welcoming community Honey Yoga is known for. Think of it as your stepping stone to feeling comfortable and strong in our Honey Flow classes. While the pace is approachable, you’ll still experience dynamic movement and moments of flow that will leave you feeling empowered, connected, and ready to grow.
