Membership agreement

Below is the membership agreement for our All the Honey Unlimited Membership. This can also be found by logging into your Honey Yoga account.

“All the Honey!” Contract (Membership, Auto-renewing)

Please review the contract terms in their entirety, as they contain important information regarding the details of your membership.

FOR: “All the Honey!” Unlimited Membership – Auto-renewing

CONTRACT DURATION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: This contract is in force for 1 months from the start date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless canceled by either Client or Honey Yoga LLC, with notification of at least 3 calendar days in advance of the next billing date. See below for details regarding cancellation. 

AGREEMENT TO PAY RECURRING FEES: Client agrees to pay Honey Yoga LLC their monthly membership dues via client-authorized credit or debit card or otherwise agreed-upon method of payment in exchange for an unlimited pass to Honey Yoga’s regularly scheduled classes (this excludes some workshops and special events). Payment in monthly increments by any means other than agreed-upon method of payment is not permitted. Client certifies that they are the holder and/or authorized user of the account provided for payment.

You will be notified if your monthly payment fails to authorize for any reason. A $35 administration fee will be applied to any failed transactions that are not resolved within 15 days from the date of the failed payment. Any balance owing that has not been resolved within 30 days of the failed payment will result in automatic cancellation of the Autopay and suspension of all services and perks.

CANCELATION: Notice of cancellation must be received at least three (3) calendar days in advance of your next billing date. For example, if your next monthly charge is scheduled for February 15, you must provide notice of cancellation by February 12. Written notice must be sent to frontdesk@honeysandiego.com. Notice of cancellation cannot be accepted over the phone, in person at the studio, via social media, etc…. Email is the only way to officially cancel your membership. 

PAUSING MEMBERSHIP PLAN: Client may pause their membership for no less than 4 weeks at a time and no more than 8 weeks at a time in any given year. Monthly payment schedule may be affected by these changes.

NO-SHOWS, LATE-CANCELLATIONS: All clients are subject to a $10 fee if they sign up for a class and do not attend, or cancel their booking less than the amount of time before class specified by Honey Yoga. Thank you for your cooperation in making sure everyone who wants to practice can! 

OTHER TERMS: Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class schedule, including times and teachers, is subject to change. While it has no current intention to do so, Honey Yoga reserves the right to increase the monthly membership price with 30 days notice to clients currently holding an All the Honey Membership.
