Join us weekly over the course of 6 weeks for a 75-minute yoga class designed to prepare you to attend any mixed-levels yoga class safely and with confidence. Explore the basics of the most common postures you'll encounter in a flow- or vinyasa-style class, learn how to keep yourself safe and free from injury, and get a chance to break down the basics with a skilled and knowledgeable teacher in a fun, zero-pressure, interactive environment.

In this 6-week series expect to learn these basics of flowing yoga

✅ How to breathe correctly
✅ How to keep yourself safe from injury
✅ The most common poses and how to extrapolate to any pose that might come up
✅ How to ask for help from your yoga teacher

This series is for those who…

✅ Are new to yoga
✅ Are nervous about venturing into a higher-energy class like a flow class
✅ Want to make sure you don’t injure yourself in yoga
✅ Have been practicing for a while but want to get some of the fundamentals down
✅ Feel a little lost or behind when you come to a flow class
✅ Are pretty confident in your practice but want a little extra guidance and one-on-one assistance from your yoga teacher

Honey Yoga is known for its inclusiveness, non-competitive environment, and focus on true self-care and listening to your own body. If that sounds like a fit, this beginners series is a perfect starting point!


How to join our beginner series (3 options)

1️⃣ Become a member for $115

  • This option is for you if…you’re looking for the best deal (it’s cheaper than the cost of the series only, and includes more yoga) ✨ Make me a member!

  • Membership includes access to all series (this Beginner’s Yoga 6-week series would be $0)

  • Membership includes access to all regularly scheduled yoga classes

  • Free to cancel your monthly membership anytime

2️⃣ Enroll in this 6-week series for $145

  • This option is for you if…you can only commit to 6 weeks of yoga and/or are mostly interested in beginner-themed ✨ Sign me up for beginner’s!

  • 6 x 60-minute specialty beginner’s yoga classes (~$24 per session)

  • For new clients only: 6 weeks unlimited access to our entire yoga class schedule throughout duration of the series

3️⃣ Drop-in for a single class for $30

  • This option is for you if…you can only commit to 1 class at a time ✨ Let’s drop-in!

  • Visit our schedule and scroll to Sunday 8:30 AM

  • Note: enrollment window for drop-ins opens on a week by week basis once class capacity confirmation has been determined
