Something new is coming Spring 2027

Honey Yoga Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training
February - March 2027

This spring, we’re hosting a brand-new training for yoga teachers, aspiring teachers, doulas, birth workers, movement professionals, and anyone who wants to understand pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in a much deeper way.

This will be so much more than a training in prenatal modifications.

We’ll talk about what actually happens physically and emotionally during pregnancy, how the nervous system shapes the experience of pregnancy and birth, how to support pregnant students confidently in a general-population yoga classes, and how to create prenatal classes and series that feel genuinely meaningful and transformational.

If you’re already a yoga teacher, you’ll leave with a whole new specialty in your toolbox — but you’ll also become an even better teacher to all the students who come through your classes.

And if you’re a doula, birth worker, movement professional, or even a pregnant yogi who simply feels pulled toward this transformational container, this will be an unforgettable experience with huge real-life and professional pay-off.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Confidently support pregnant students in regular yoga classes

  • Teach dedicated prenatal yoga classes and series

  • Understand pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through both a physiological and emotional lens

  • Use yoga, breath, movement, and nervous-system support to prepare students for pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood

  • Teach Baby & Me foundations and better understand postpartum movement

  • Create a prenatal offering of your own

  • Market and sell that offering in a way that can become a meaningful part of your career

The training will take place over three live weekends, every other weekend, with time between sessions to practice, integrate, and connect with the group.

The first two weekends will be live online. The final weekend can be attended live online or in person at Honey Yoga in San Diego.

There will also be practice teaching, feedback, homework, guest experts, community support between weekends, and additional recorded material.

Early enrollment opens next week.
