Honey Flow is a dynamic vinyasa class that helps you build strength, flexibility, and focus—all while working up a sweet, satisfying sweat. You'll flow through breath-connected movement, pause in powerful poses, and finish with a well-earned, deeply relaxing śavāsana (shuh-VAAS-uh-nuh). Come three times a week and you won’t just notice the difference in your body—you’ll feel it in your mood, your mindset, and the way you move through the world.
All experience-levels are welcome, though it may take a couple classes to get into the swing of things. No prob at all—we encourage lots of breaks, resting postures, and always, above all, listening to your own body.
