Frequently Asked Questions:

When is it safe for me to practice yoga after giving birth?

That’s a question for your care-provider and/or your own intuition, but conventional wisdom says 6 weeks. If you get the green light and want to come a little earlier, just promise us you’ll take it easy. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with just coming to class and sitting/laying on your mat the whole time.

What’s the age limit for the babies?

Up until they’re able to move around on their own. We love crawlers but our studio just isn’t baby-proofed enough for the movers and shakers.

What if my baby needs to eat?

We strongly suggest you feed it! In any way you need to. Absolutely no need to cover up or worry about offending anyone here.

What is my baby cries?

Wait your baby cries???????? Have you seen a doctor for that???? JUST KIDDING. All baby and adult emotions are welcome here. If people want to do yoga without babies crying, we have about 30 other classes a week where we can make that happen.

Do I have to be a “mom” to join?

Absolutely not! Any caregiver with a baby is very welcome.
