Jessica Mason

I am an artist and arts-based therapist with a MA in Expressive Arts Therapy from the European Graduate School. I began practicing yoga in 2012 after being diagnosed with endometriosis and migraines and living with chronic pain and anxiety. Yoga has helped me regulate my nervous system and find peace even when I am experiencing the severe symptoms of endometriosis. I’m passionate about helping others on their journeys towards self-love, community building, living in the now, and learning how to expand their lives and heal their inner-child through creativity, imagination, and play.
