Retreats and Trainings Refund Policies

Retreat refund policy: Due to the nature of planning events like this and the policies of the retreat venue, no refunds are guaranteed. If you notify us via email more than 90 days before the Retreat start date that you wish to cancel, we will be able to refund you the value of your registration, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit, ONLY IF we are able to fill your spot with another participant.  Whether you place a deposit down first to save your spot, or pay in full immediately upon registration, $500 will be considered a non-refundable deposit. There are no refunds available, without exception for any cancellations made within 90 days of the Retreat. Further, no credit or refund will be provided for any other circumstances, including no-shows or late cancellations, or if you must leave the Retreat early. For this reason, we ask that you obtain travel insurance so that you’re able to protect yourself in case of emergency.

Training refund policy: On or after the training start date, there will be no refunds issued for program tuition, and if you do not complete the program, any outstanding tuition balance remains due and will be collected accordingly. Whether you place a deposit down first to save your spot, or pay in full immediately upon registration, $500 will be considered a non-refundable deposit. This program may be canceled before the training start date if Honey Yoga does not meet its required number of sign-ups. In that case, the $500 deposit will be returned along with any payments that have been made towards the training.
