Cacao and Community Night

  • Honey Yoga 4952 El Cajon Boulevard San Diego, CA, 92115 United States (map)

Join us for Cacao and Community! Cacao is a ceremonial drink known for its ability to open the heart. This evening, led by Honey Instructor Rae Dimidio, will be about welcoming the harvest season and honoring all the ways you’ve worked to take care of yourself and your community over the past year. Bring your favorite mug, a journal, comfy clothes, and get ready to connect!

Thank you for understanding that this offering is only available to our Honey Yoga members in celebration of our first annual Member September! Not a member yet?? We can fix that.

From Rae:

The season of late summer is one where we begin to feel the pull towards coming together. This season turns our gaze to nature appreciating and enjoying the harvest or “the fruits of our labors.” We join together in community in celebrating this years hard work, as we gather and ultimately appreciate the reciprocity in nurturing ourselves, family, friends and loved ones, along with receiving the benefits of our achievements and steadfastness. This is a time of deep ease and sharing.

In this time together we will experience our community circle. We will begin with a cacao beverage opening, journaling, moving through experiential exercises such as meeting one another in various ways, movement and closing in harmony.

Come with an open mind and heart as we embark on this community celebration.
