Heard a million great things about yoga but you're not sure where to start? A little nervous to jump right in? This beginners’ series is perfect for you!

Join us weekly over the course of 6 weeks for a 75-minute yoga class designed to prepare you to attend any mixed-levels yoga class safely and with confidence. Explore the basics of the most common postures you'll encounter in a flow- or vinyasa-style class, learn how to keep yourself safe and free from injury, and get a chance to break down the basics with a skilled and knowledgeable teacher in a fun, zero-pressure, interactive environment.

In this 6-week series expect to learn these basics of flowing yoga

  • how to breathe correctly

  • how to keep yourself safe from injury

  • the most common poses and how to extrapolate to any pose that might come up

  • how to ask for help from your yoga teacher

This course is perfect for you if you

  • are new to yoga

  • are nervous about venturing into a higher-energy class like a flow class
    want to make sure you don’t injure yourself in yoga

  • have been practicing for a while but really want to get some of the fundamentals down

  • feel a little lost or behind when you come to a flow class

  • are pretty confident in your practice but want a little extra guidance and one-on-one assistance from your yoga teacher

  • Membership includes access to all series (this Beginners’ 6-week series would be $0)

  • Membership includes access to all regularly scheduled yoga classes

  • You are free to cancel your monthly membership anytime (no commitment!)

2️⃣ Enroll in this 6-week series for $145

  • This option is for you if…you can only commit to 6 weeks of yoga once a week or don’t live nearby ✨ Sign me up for prenatal!

  • 6 x 60-minute specialty beginner yoga classes (~$24 per session)

  • For new clients only: 6 weeks unlimited access to our entire yoga class schedule throughout duration of the series

3️⃣ Drop-in for a single class for $30

  • This option is for you if…you can only commit to 1 class at a time ✨ Let’s drop-in!

  • Visit our schedule and scroll to Wednesdays @ 6 pm

  • Note: enrollment window for drop-ins opens just before the beginning of the series once class capacity confirmation has been determined (i.e. if we sell out the series, we won’t open any drop-in spots!)
